I keep the group size small — maxing out at 4 to 5 athletes per session to make sure we don't lose the detailed focus on the game. I also include plyometric training to develop offensive line-style athletes, not just linemen.
You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email at foundationlineman@gmail.com or call/text 540-426-8544. We aim to respond within one business day.
I can help you set up your X/Twitter profile to jumpstart your recruiting process. However, since I'm an active NCAA athlete, I'm not able to contact coaches on your behalf, share your film with coaches, or act as a middleman with any school other than my own. What I can do is retweet your content on my personal X page, which is followed by hundreds of college football coaches from every level.

With over 15 scholarship offers during his own recruitment, James brings firsthand knowledge of the recruiting process and elite offensive line development.
